Terms and Conditions

Ruqeva is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) technology provider. We provide an online platform that enables independent businesses, studios, specialists, and wellness centers ("Businesses") to manage their working hours, services, staff shifts, and 24/7 online appointment bookings with their clients.

To manage appointments, Business Owners must register an account and provide accurate, current, and complete business information.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and passwords.
• You must ensure that your business operates legally and holds all necessary municipal trade licenses, certifications, and health clearances required in your jurisdiction.
• You must not impersonate other entities, brands, or trademarks in your business slug or profile.

New business workspaces receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all platform features. No credit card or upfront payment is required to start the trial.

• Trial Conclusion: Upon expiration of the 14-day trial period, access to dashboard management tools and 24/7 public storefront bookings will be paused until upgraded to a paid Ruqeva Workspace Subscription.
• Pricing: Ruqeva Workspace Subscription is billed at ₹799 / 30 days per branch (150 bookings quota included) or as stated at the time of subscription. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.
• Cancellation: You may cancel or stop recharging your subscription at any time. Multi-month stacked days remain valid until their expiration date. Please review our Refund Policy for details regarding billing and cancellations.

Clients using Ruqeva storefront links to schedule appointments must adhere to the following standards:

• Accurate Information: Clients must provide a genuine phone number capable of receiving WhatsApp or SMS verification codes.
• No Fraudulent Bookings: Generating dummy or spam appointments without the intention of attending is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent phone number blacklisting across the network.
• Cancellations: Clients may cancel appointments online using the secure link provided in their WhatsApp confirmation ticket, subject to the individual business's cancellation cutoff window (e.g., at least 4 hours before scheduled time).

You agree not to use Ruqeva to:

• Publish or promote illegal, sexually explicit, abusive, fraudulent, or defamatory services or content.
• Upload copyrighted images, logos, or media for which you do not possess the necessary ownership or commercial distribution rights.
• Interfere with, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract source code or private APIs of Ruqeva.
• Spam customers or send unsolicited marketing messages via the platform outside of legitimate booking fulfillment.

Ruqeva is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or zero-latency service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ruqeva and its founders, affiliates, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, customer walk-out losses, loss of goodwill, or business interruption. In any event, our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to Ruqeva in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or ₹1,000 INR, whichever is lower.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
